This policy explains what information Hard Asset Rotation (“we,” “the site”) collects from visitors and subscribers, how it’s used, and how you can have it removed. The site is operated by Kapil Goyal, an individual, not a registered company.

When you sign in, we collect only what’s needed to create and maintain your account:

• Your email address (from Google Sign-In or email sign-up).
• Your name and profile picture, if provided by Google Sign-In.
• A unique user identifier issued by our authentication provider (Clerk).

We also collect basic technical information when you visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To grant access to the subscriber dashboard.
• To send occasional product updates and weekly trade notifications (you can opt out).
• To understand aggregate site usage and fix issues.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of services to run the site:

• Clerk — authentication and session management.
• Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth.
• Vercel — application hosting and privacy-respecting analytics.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf to deliver the service.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage only for functional purposes — primarily, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email kapil354@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account.” We will process the request within 30 days.

7. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
